Jurisdiction, Choice of Laws and Dispute Resolution

These Terms of use and all claims or issues regarding these IS services shall be governed according to the laws of Italy, to the exclusion of its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute or difference arising out of or concerning these Terms of Use or these IS services which cannot be settled amicably shall be submitted to Milan (Italy) competent Court.

Modification of Terms of Use

These Terms of Use were last updated on May 25th, 2018.
The Company reserves the right to change these Terms of Use at any time without prior written notification. Notwithstanding the aforementioned, any new Terms of Use will only apply to users upon acceptance thereof upon such user’s first subsequent login.
