WE ARE PRESENT AT THE CAREER TALK AT THE POLITECNICO DI MILANO

Politecnico di Milano offers a series of events to connect students with the world of work. One of these, the Career Talk, allows the companies to show their projects in the electronic sector as well as the possible professional paths. During the event on the 13rd March 2023, the technical representatives will talk about their experience and their role in the company in a speech.

Stefano Moscato, coordinator of the R&D microwave department of SIAE MICROELETTRONICA, will present "VISTAM: from Earth to space".

The R&D project called VISTAM, "V-band Inter Satellite link solid sTate power Amplifier Module", has been funded by the European Space Agency and targets to prove how the standard Telecomm technologies can be fully exploited by Space-oriented companies. More in the detail, the activity tackles a V-band high-power amplifier as a transmitter for future low-orbit constellations and high-speed inter-satellite links. Core of the presentation will be the mm-wave work carried out through state-of-the-art MMIC technologies and mm-wave passive components.

The speech will also highlight how a technological oriented company like SIAE MICROELETTRONICA needs all-round skills and knwoledge in the microwave field to successfully accomplish innovative research programs.
