SIAE MICROELETTRONICA IN AGREEMENT WITH THE TRADE UNIONS FOR BUSINESS RELAUNCH

We have all had the opportunity to touch how much our world, the telecom industry, is constantly evolving and changing fast. And all we know how much this change is constantly asking companies - none excluded - to question and to re-found themselves.

SIAE MICROELETTRONICA is facing this moment with the conviction that the help and involvement of everyone –  management, employees, supplier, institutions and customers - is the key to restarting with even more energy and proactiveness.

In this context, the Lombardy Region welcomed the company's decision to safeguard employment levels through the instrument of the solidarity contract in order to allow the company to be properly relaunched, as "heritage of competences that cannot be  lost".

We are working hard, with great determination and optimism, to maintain the reputation of our company, one of the few Italian companies still active in the telecom industry, as undisputed world leader since 1952 in the reference market.

We share the article published by the Lombardy Region on the agreement signed on Monday 17 April between SIAE MICROELETTRONICA and the company and local trade union representatives in the presence of the Representatives of the Lombardy Region.

Tutti abbiamo avuto modo di sperimentare quanto il nostro mondo lavorativo, quello delle telecomunicazioni, sia in continua evoluzione e cambiamento. E quanto questo cambiamento abbia chiesto alle aziende - nessuna esclusa - di mettersi in discussione e di rifondarsi.

SIAE MICROELETTRONICA sta affrontando questo momento con la convinzione che l’aiuto ed il coinvolgimento di tutti, - proprietà, lavoratori, clienti, fornitori ed istituzioni - sia la chiave per ripartire con ancora più energia e capacità propositiva.

In questo contesto, la Regione Lombardia ha colto con favore la scelta dell’Azienda di salvaguardare i livelli occupazionali attraverso lo strumento del contratto di solidarietà al fine di consentire il rilancio dell'azienda stessa, "patrimonio di competenze che non può essere disperso".

Stiamo lavorando alacremente, con grande determinazione e ottimismo, per tenere alta la reputazione della nostra azienda, una delle poche realtà italiane ancora attive nel settore delle telecomunicazioni, leader mondiale dal 1952 nel mercato di riferimento.

Condividiamo l'articolo pubblicato della Regione Lombardia sull'accordo siglato lunedì 17 aprile da SIAE MICROELETTRONICA e dalle Rappresentanze sindacali aziendali e territoriali alla presenza dei Rappresentanti della Regione Lombardia.
