MOBILE BROADBAND NETWORK LIMITED AND SIAE MICROLETTRONICA LIMITED SIGNED AN EXTENSION OF MULTI-YEARS AGREEMENT FOR MICROWAVE RADIO EQUIPMENT AND SERVICES SUPPLY

Liverpool — 07 March 2013 — SIAE MICROELETTRONICA Ltd announce it has signed an extension of the 2009 contract of multiyear agreement with Mobile Broadband Network Limited (MBNL), a 50/50 joint venture company owned by 3 UK and EE (UK), for the supply of microwave radio equipment and services. MBNL was looking for a partner capable to offer excellent services and radio technology capable to reach Gpbs throughput to satisfy the needs of growing mobile broadband.
