In its continuous and consistent drive to achieve Level 3 B-BBEE Compliance, SIAE Microelettronica SA (Pty) Ltd is delighted to announce the conclusion of an Ownership deal which introduces new Black Partnership to the business. TelsafData, Vula Investment Group as well as a Black Woman individual have jointly acquired 30% Shareholding in the business w.e.f November 2020.

Since 2012 SIAE Microelettronica SA (Pty) Ltd has been continuously striving to contribute towards the broader transformation within the South African economy through compliance with the requirements as set out by the B-BBEE Charter. It is for this reason that to date numerous Enterprise Development as well as Socio Economic Development initiatives were successfully carried out. Furthermore, we are proud of having a workforce that seeks to comply with set Employment Equity standards.

SIAE Microelettronica is a profound Supplier and Service provider of Microwave systems to Mobile and Fixed Network Operators. By continuously striving to achieve the required B-BBEE compliance, SIAE Microelettronica SA (Pty) Ltd will be better positioned to offer professional services such as Planning, Security, Synchronization, and Software feature upgrades that will largely benefit its Customers.
