SIAE MICROELETTRONICA's Quality Management System is compliant with international standard EN ISO 9001:2015 requirements and has been certified by Det Norske Veritas since 1996, the Information Security Management System is compliant with ISO 27001:2013

 

ISO 9001:2015 is the globally recognized standard for providing assurance about the ability to satisfy quality requirements and to enhance customer satisfaction. SIAE MICROELETTRONICA has indeed determined that Customers Satisfaction and Continuous Improvement are the key objectives to which all Company Functions must constantly refer. The Total Quality philosophy is the foundation and the driver of all SIAE MICROELETTRONICA processes, from Products Design to Installation and Customer Services. The Quality culture is a corporate asset that every member of SIAE’s organisation contributes to build, maintain and effectively practice every day.

ISO 27001:2013 specifies the requirements for establishing, implementing, maintaining and continually improving an information security management system within the context of the organization.

Information Security in SIAE MICROELETTRONICA is everyone's responsibility which, while defining methodologies for risk assessment and residual risk management, requires achieving strategic objectives such as, among others, compliance with applicable laws and regulations, adoption of effective Business Continuity Management and Disaster Recovery procedures, promotion of education, training, awareness at every level of the organisation and continual improvement.
